Apex front end issue

ISSUE:

After installing apex front end is not opening

SOLUTION:

This is because dispatchers parameter hasn't set.

STEPS:

SQL>  select value from v$parameter where name = 'dispatchers';

VALUE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------


SQL> show parameter local_listener

NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
local_listener                       string      FERRARI_LOCAL
SQL> select name from v$database;

NAME
---------
FERRARI

SQL> !lsnrctl status
