Issue : 

Form did not come up after cloning.
FRM-40010: Cannot read form FND_TOP/forms/US/FNDSCSGN

Solution :

1. Stop the application tier services

2. Take a backup of context file and make the below changes :


Before:
<formsfndtop oa_var="s_formsfndtop">FND_TOP >

After:
<formsfndtop oa_var="s_formsfndtop">/FIND01/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0</formsfndtop>

3. Run Autoconfig.

4. Start the application tier services
