Provisioning of User accounts is stuck in SSO and not proceeding

Check the OID logs for any errors related to provisioning, im my case it was stuck with provisioning of one particular user account.

We can check the health of user provisioning using below Prov Tool :

(The above outbound profile shows that OID Provisioing is stuck due to one user - Joergensen\Jeanette. The issue is  because of '\' , it should have a ','& space after '\')

OID has certain standards and we need to keep them in mind when using speacial characters in the sAMAccountName of AD/OID
Once the user_name is modified, User Provisioning continued successfully.
