OEM Critical Alerts:Grid Control Reports Incident (Bea-337 [Weblogicserver])

We can see the below errors very often in OEM screens:
Incident (BEA-337 [WebLogicServer]) detected in /u03/oracle/gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_OMS1/adr/diag/ofm/GCDomain/EMGC_OMS1/alert/log.xml

AS per Oracle Support these errors are harmless and there is no adverse affect to WebLogic or Grid Control.
Generally, These errors occur when particular links are accessed in Grid Control web pages and these BEA errors have been reported in multiple bugs.

Please follow the below steps to avoid these errors:

Step1: Apply Patch 9882856 in the AGENT_HOME monitoring the target for which the alert was triggered.

Step2: To add this filter expression, edit the <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/config/emd.properties file,

add the below line:

adrAlertLogAsErrorCodeExcludeRegex=.*BEA-(101020|337)\D.*

Note: There should be no spaces

Step 3:Restart agent

emctl stop agent

emctl start agent
