CHANGES
 Customer's platform is Linux x86-64 (Oracle Enterprise Linux 6 - OEL6).

CAUSE
Based on Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.1.1) for Linux x86-64 (Doc ID 761566.1), unzip 5.52 is required for purposes of running Rapid Install to unzip the required EBS files as part of the installation. OEL6 is delivered with unzip version 6 installed under /usr/bin.  There is a bug in the rapidwiz execution that places /usr/bin in the front of the PATH variable causing rapidwiz to use /usr/bin/unzip instead of the packaged unzip 5.52.

SOLUTION
In a separate login session as root rename /usr/bin/unzip (version 6) to a temporary filename and then rename it back after the installation is complete.
# mv /usr/bin/unzip /usr/bin/unzip-ver6
